DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY :-
The Department of History started with its general course in the year 1961. The demand of the subject compelled the college to start its honours programme in 1996-1997. The subject History is just crucial conversation bet the past and the present. The faculty members teach in a very constructive way with maps and charts, departmental seminars and intensive interaction with the students, they regularly update and enrich themselves with seminars, symposiums etc.
